How are uploaded PDFs, videos, and text stored?

The uploaded data itself is not stored.

Videos and text registered in steps are stored for the purpose of being used as manuals within your environment.
Intermediate outputs (such as OCR results and responses from the LLM) are stored for the purpose of identifying issues and improving accuracy.

Is there any risk of my data being mixed with data from other companies?

No, Teachme Biz separates data by company within Teachme Biz, so your data will never be mixed with data from other companies.

The copyright to generated manuals belongs to you, the customer.
Teachme AI functions as a tool that assists in generating content based on your input.

How is the quality of AI-generated results ensured?

We verify that each AI feature achieves the intended generation results with a certain level of probability or accuracy.

However, due to the nature of AI, it is not possible to fully control generation results.
Teachme AI is designed to allow you to review and edit generated results before publishing.
Please ensure final quality control is performed on your end.

How do you handle cases where AI generates inappropriate content?

In the unlikely event that inappropriate content is generated, it can be corrected or deleted immediately.
Additionally, if you report the issue to our support team, we will use the information to improve our system.

What AI model is used for generation?

As of July 29, 2025, multiple features of Teachme AI use Claude models from Anthropic, and depending on the feature, models from Amazon and Whisper may also be used in combination.

We continuously review the AI services and models we use in line with advances in AI technology, and work to improve our system configuration to always provide customers with optimal performance.
Models are selected through a comprehensive evaluation that considers not only performance, but also a track record of enterprise use and a high level of security reliability.
