We would like to inform you that the system maintenance, which has been conducted irregularly until now, will be performed on a regular schedule starting November 2025.

During system maintenance, the service will be temporarily unavailable. You will not be able to use Teachme Biz during this time.
Manuals that have been shared externally using the external publication feature will also be inaccessible.

We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Schedule

Maintenance will be conducted every three months (February, May, August, and November) on the fourth Wednesday night (from Wednesday to Thursday).
Maintenance will begin at midnight with service interruption lasting up to 4 hours.

Wednesday, February 25, 2026, from 24:00 to 27:00 (Thursday, February 26, 2026, 00:00 to 03:00) (Japan time)

Advance Notification

We will announce the scheduled maintenance approximately 10 days in advance via the status page and notification bars on Teachme Biz and the Help Center.
※There is a possibility that maintenance may not be conducted on the scheduled date. In such cases, no announcement will be made.

Operations Requiring Special Attention

Operations performed in Teachme Biz immediately before the service interruption may not complete properly, or may be delayed in completion until after the system maintenance.

Examples:

  • Registration/export operations using CSV files
  • Operations related to the manual archiving function
  • User invitations, manual updates or publishing, task distribution, etc.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but please refrain from performing operations in Teachme Biz immediately before the service interruption.
