Thank you for your continued use of Teachme Biz and other Teachme services.

We perform regular maintenance to upgrade the systems used by the Teachme series, improving stability and performance and preventing failures.

During system maintenance, services will be temporarily suspended. During this time, the Teachme series will be unavailable.
Manuals published outside of groups using the external publishing feature will also become inaccessible.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Operations to Be Especially Careful About

Performing operations immediately before a service suspension may result in the operation not completing normally, or completing with a delay after the maintenance has ended.

Examples:

  • Registration/export operations using CSV files
  • Operations related to the manual archive feature
  • User invitations / manual updates and publishing / task distribution, etc.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but please refrain from using Teachme Biz immediately before a service suspension.

Viewing Manuals During Maintenance

During maintenance, manuals will not be accessible via web browser or mobile app.
If you need to refer to a manual during the maintenance window, please prepare in advance using one of the following methods.
