Operations to Be Especially Careful About
Performing operations immediately before a service suspension may result in the operation not completing successfully, or completing with a delay after maintenance has ended.
Examples:
- Various registration/export operations using CSV files
- Operations related to the manual archive feature
- User invitations / manual updates and publishing / task distribution, etc.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but please refrain from using Teachme Biz immediately before a service suspension.
Viewing Manuals During Maintenance
During maintenance, manuals will not be accessible via web browsers or mobile apps.
If you need to refer to a manual during the maintenance window, please prepare in advance using one of the following methods.
