We are pleased to inform that the system maintenance, which has been conducted irregularly until now, will be performed regularly starting from November 2025.
The service will be temporarily suspended during the system maintenance. Teachme Biz will not be available during this time.
Manuals released outside the group using the Outside Release function will also become unavailable.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Schedule
Maintenance will be conducted every three months (February, May, August, November) on the fourth Wednesday.
Maintenance will start at 00:00(JST) and the service will be suspended for a maximum of 4 hours due to maintenance.

Notifications Before Implementation
Approximately 10 days before the scheduled maintenance, notifications will be provided on the status page, Teachme Biz, and the information bar on the Help Center.
* Maintenance may not be performed on the scheduled date. In that case, no notification will be provided.
Purpose of Scheduled Maintenance
Upgrade the system used by Teachme Biz to improve the stability and performance of Teachme Biz and prevent failures.

Operations That Require Special Attention
If operations are performed on Teachme Biz immediately before the service suspension, the operations may not complete normally, or the operations may complete with a delay after the system maintenance is implemented.
Examples:
- Various registration/export operations using CSV files
- Operations related to the manual Archive function
- Invite user/Update or Publish manual/Deliver task, etc.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but please refrain from operating Teachme Biz immediately before the service suspension.
