[Resolved] An issue preventing searching manuals when you enter a search keyword in the "Edit" tab of an Android app occurred (Last updated: 2022/04/08）

Overview

Bug that manuals cannot be searched when search keywords are entered in the "Edit" tab of the Android app.

Occurrence Time / Status

Occurred: Version 4.5.1 (released 12/15/2021)
Resolution: Version 4.6.4 (released on 2022/04/06)

Please update the application to Version 4.6.4 or later.

Impact Range

The issue occurs with the search function of the "Edit" tab on Android app.

What should I do if I am affected?

Please update the application to Version 4.6.4 or later, as a fixed version of the defect has been released.

If you have difficulty updating immediately, please try searching by following steps below:

1.  Enter search keyword in the "Edit" tab. 
2.  Tap "Home".
    *You don't need to do anything in the "Home" tab.
3.  Tap the "Edit" tab again.
4.  Refresh "Edit" tab by pulling down from the top of the screen.
