When the user's device is set to JST (Japan Standard Time), the system operates as follows.
- Schedule release for 2025/03/06 14:00 on a device set to JST (Japan Standard Time)
- Released at 2025/03/06 14:00 in Japan, and at 2025/03/06 12:00 in Thailand
