Overview

If you have edited an image in the mobile app (iOS/Android) or Windows Desktop app and then uploaded the manual during a certain period, you could not re-edit text and other elements added by the image editing function.

Occurrence Time / Status

The issue has been resolved, and the service is back to normal.

However, we could not solve the problem with the images edited and uploaded during the applicable period described below.

Applicable period

・2021/09/01 19:00~2021/09/02 13:30 (JST)

・2021/10/05 14:00~2021/10/06 13:30 (JST)

The images in the manual that were edited and uploaded (saved as draft/published/updated) during the above period are affected by this issue.

How do I verify if I am affected?

On the manual editing screen of the Web browser version, open the image editing screen of the cover or step, and check if there is an element such as text that cannot be moved behind.

What should I do if I am affected?

We have identified the cause of the problem and taken measures to prevent its reoccurrence. Unfortunately, we could not restore images that were affected by the issue and make them editable again.

If you have edited and uploaded an image during the applicable period, use one of the following methods to restore and make it editable.

If an original image (before editing) is still in your possession

Please replace the image and re-edit it again.

If you no longer have an original image (before editing)  in your possession

Check whether the backup function can restore the manual containing an original image (before editing).

Please save the cover or step with the original image (before editing) from the restored manual to the clipboard. Then replace the image in your existing manual with the original image (before editing) and re-edit it as needed.
