Mobile devices running the Android OS are collectively referred to as "Android devices," but the detailed behavior and specifications of each device vary depending on the manufacturer.
In particular, it has been found that the specifications of the integrated circuit known as the "chipset" significantly affect the video editing functionality of Teachme Biz.
As a result, there are rare cases where a device may not be compatible with certain Teachme Biz features.
The following types of cases have been reported in the past.
- The video compression format used by the device is not supported by the Android OS, causing issues only when registering or editing videos.
- The integrated circuit used in the device is unable to process the video editing content in Teachme Biz, causing issues.
Unfortunately, it is difficult to resolve these issues by updating the Teachme Biz app.
If you experience the same error on a device listed above, please try performing the operation from a different device or a PC.
