We collectively refer to mobile devices with AndroidOS as "Android devices," but the detailed behaviors and specifications vary depending on the manufacturer.
In particular, we have found that the specifications of the "chipset," an integrated circuit, significantly affect the video editing functions of Teachme Biz.
Therefore, in rare cases, some devices may not be compatible with Teachme Biz functions.
The following cases have been reported in the past:
- The video compression method used by the device is not supported by Android OS, causing problems only when registering and editing videos
- The integrated circuit used in the device cannot interpret the video editing content of Teachme Biz, causing issues
Unfortunately, it is difficult to resolve these issues by modifying the Teachme Biz app.
If you experience similar errors with a device on the above list, please use a different device or a PC for operations.
