About Teachme Biz Award 2024

Teachme Biz Award 2024 - Announcement of the Event!

The Teachme Biz Award has been held since 2022. Due to the great success of the past two editions, we have decided to hold the award again this year.
We will recognize and widely introduce users who have achieved outstanding results and showcase their ingenuity and initiatives that can serve as a reference for other users.
Please submit your workplace's well-received operational examples and innovative ways of utilizing Teachme Biz that have led to successful outcomes.
This year, we have set aside approximately two and a half months from the start of the application period until the deadline. We would be delighted if you could reflect on your past use of Teachme Biz and further enhance its utilization in pursuit of winning the Award.

The Birth of the Teachme Biz Award

With thousands of companies regarding their manual implementation and operation, we have encountered various user cases, experienced their value firsthand, and have been sharing them widely with society.
However, there might still be lesser-known ways of utilizing Teachme Biz and its outcomes. We considered how we could deliver the value of manual operation to more users and society as a whole, which led to the birth of the Teachme Biz Award.

Judging Criteria

This award will be judged comprehensively based on the following three criteria.
Please note that not all the elements must be fulfilled in a balanced manner. Initiatives that have achieved a high standard in specific criteria will also be evaluated, considering their characteristics.

Utilization Methods

We will evaluate how Teachme Biz is used to generate results and how its features are leveraged to solve problems.
We will actively evaluate examples of the successful operation of Teachme Biz's functions and features to promote internal utilization and adoption.

Impact of Utilization

We will evaluate how Teachme Biz has changed daily work and what positive effects it has had on management and business.
In addition to quantitative assessments, we will comprehensively evaluate qualitative aspects, such as comments and surveys from users who create and view manuals daily.

Operational Structure and Innovations in Operation

We will evaluate how problem-solving was done to promote business improvement and how cooperation was elicited from internal and external stakeholders.
Rather than the results themselves, we will actively evaluate the process of how the user's corporate culture and organizational challenges were addressed and how the use of Teachme Biz was promoted.

Evaluation Process

From the first round of judging onward, we plan to conduct the evaluations through online meetings.
We expect to spend about 30 minutes to an hour learning about the details of your submitted initiatives.
Please note that you may be asked to share your screen to show the manuals during the meeting.

Aitech Corporation

Aitech Corporation has been awarded the Diversity Promotion Award at the 2023 Teachme Biz Awards.
The company initially created manuals in Japanese to train technical interns. However, Myanmar interns at Aitech now create manuals using Teachme Biz to enhance comprehension. As a result, the training time for specific tasks has been reduced from one month to about one week. Using the portal page function, Aitech has created a learning-friendly environment that overcomes language barriers.

Sunbelx Holdings Co., Ltd.

Sunbelx Holdings Co., Ltd. has been awarded the New Employee Education Promotion Award at the 2023 Teachme Biz Awards.
The company has set up accounts for all first-year new employees to access Teachme Biz using BYOD (Bring Your Device) and provided them with evaluation sheets listing the items they need to learn. This has enabled new employees to master tasks that took about three years to learn within their first year. The company also shares best practices among its stores, utilizing the platform to improve organizational productivity.
