[Resolved] Issue where mobile apps may not be able to view Public-shared manuals. (Last updated: 2023/05/09)

Overview

There was an issue where the Public-shared manuals cannot be viewed on the mobile app before login.

On devices with the Teachme Biz mobile app installed, tapping a link to an Public-shared manuals may have automatically launched the mobile app.

If you are not logged into the mobile app at this time, the following issues may have occurred.

 ・The manual is displayed without a cover page or step information.
 ・An error message is displayed prompting the user to log in.

Occurrence: Version 5.3.0 or later

Impact Range

・Public-shared folder

What should I do if I am affected?

Please update the application to Version 5.3.2 or later.

If you are unable to update the application immediately, please use the following methods to resolve or work around the issue.

・Log in to the mobile app and tap the link.

・View the manual using a mobile browser.
