If the following conditions were met, the manual could not be published, and the screen froze.

  • A new manual has been created on the iOS app and has never been saved as a draft
  • The cover or steps has video

What should I do if I am affected?

Please update the application to Version 5.3.1 or later.

If you are unable to update the application immediately, please use the following methods to resolve or work around the issue.

■If the problem has not yet occurred

  1. Save the draft before publishing.

■If the problem occurs and the screen is frozen

  1. Quit and restart the App.
  2. Open the manual editing screen you are creating, save it as a draft and then publish it.
