A problem with the iOS app (ver. 5.1.4) or the Android app (ver. 5.1.9) sometimes prevented certain videos from playing.
Condition
Which videos cannot be played?
- Videos copied using the clipboard
- Videos copied using the manual duplicate function
When does the issue occur?
- It occurs when you do not have permissions to the source manual.
*The issue occurs when you do not have permissions to view the source manual if the source manual is published, otherwise you do not have permissions to edit it.
