Overview
The issue occurred when using the iOS app (ver. 5.1.4) or Android app (ver. 5.1.9) released yesterday, 2/27, with a guest account.
Occurrence Time / Status
・Mobile App (iOS version)：2023/02/27 11:20 (JST) ～ 2023/02/28 12:33 (JST)
・Mobile App (Android version)：2023/02/27 10:50 (JST) ～ 2023/02/28 12:33 (JST)
The issue has been resolved, and the service is back to normal.
A mobile app update is not required to apply the program fix.

Cause
The mobile app released on 2023/02/27 introduced a new API for viewing videos was introduced.
But this API was not available to Guest accounts.
This prevented the Guest account from viewing videos when using the affected version of the app.
Countermeasure
When we deploy a new API or change the way it is used, we will make sure to test for privileges to avoid similar errors in the future.
