My edits in the mobile app disappeared before saving/publishing. Why did this happen?

The following causes are possible.

Logged out without performing "Save as Draft", "Publish", or "Update"

Draft data that has not been saved via "Save as Draft", "Publish", or "Update" is only retained on the device and will be deleted upon logout.
Additionally, Teachme Biz is designed to end sessions after a configured expiration period (※), after which you will be prompted to log in again.
Please perform "Save as Draft" or "Publish" / "Update" before logging out.

※ Can be set to 12 hours, 3 days, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. The default setting is 7 days.

Data was synced incorrectly when a conflict occurred

Since the mobile app allows manual creation and editing offline, data conflicts with the server may occur.

If the sync operation after a conflict is performed incorrectly, the manual may be overwritten with unintended data.

If a message like the one above appears during a sync operation, always confirm whether you want to keep the data on the device (local data) or the data on the server, and refer to the following when syncing.

Checking the manual content on a different device than the one used for editing

When checking edited content on a different device than the one used for editing, the data must be saved to the server even if the same account is used.
Please perform "Save as Draft" on the device where the edits were made, sync on the other device, and verify that the edited content is displayed.

Multiple people edited a single manual at the same time

If multiple people edit a single manual at the same time, the changes made last (chronologically) will be reflected.
As a result, your edits may not be reflected.
Please check whether someone else is editing the manual at the same time.

Logged in to multiple devices with the same account

A single account can be used on multiple devices (smartphones, tablets, computers, etc.), but simultaneous use is not intended.
If the account is accessed from more devices than a certain limit, devices with older access history will be forcibly logged out in order, and any content being edited may be lost.
Please reduce the number of devices accessing the account and perform your edits.
