What is an Identification Code?

This is a unique code used to identify the app when the access authorization management feature is applied.
It consists of a 36-character string made up of alphanumeric characters and - (hyphens), and is generated for each installed Teachme Biz app.

Cases Where Re-registration of the Identification Code Is Required

In the following cases, the identification code will change and you will no longer be able to access Teachme Biz.

  • You have switched to a new mobile device
  • You have reinstalled the mobile app
  • You have changed your Apple ID

To continue access, you will need to re-register the new identification code.

Obtaining and Linking an Identification Code (For Users)

  • Check the identification code from the mobile app and request registration from the group administrator or sub-administrator
