※2 Even if the file extension matches, audio-only files that do not contain visuals (images, videos, or animations) cannot be registered.
※3 On all devices, videos with the "AV1" codec cannot be registered.
- Even if the requirements are met, there may be cases where uploading is not possible depending on how the video was created or edited.
If you plan to prepare a large number of images, videos, etc., or expensive ones, please prepare a sample video in advance and verify that it can be registered and edited as intended. - Depending on the length and file size of the video, as well as your environment, you may need to wait a long time for processing of lengthy videos.
If processing does not complete after an extended period, consider canceling the process, shortening the original video, and then re-registering it.
※4 When semi-automatically generating from a video already registered to the cover or a step, it can be used regardless of the file extension of the original video.
