Passwords can be reissued or reset.
Try the following steps depending on the situation.

* If resetting (reissuing) the password for an account whose login information is shared by multiple people, be sure to share the reset (changed) password information.

If only the password is unknown

Reissue the password by following the steps below.

If both group ID and login password are unknown

Confirm the group ID by following the steps below, then reissue the password using the method described in "If only the password is unknown".

If the email address is not registered or the email address registration status is unknown

The administrator needs to reset the password.

If emails cannot currently be received at the registered email address

If the email address has changed due to a carrier change or similar reason, and emails from Teachme Biz cannot be received even after performing operations such as password reissue, the administrator needs to change the email address.

Refer to the steps below and request the administrator to change the email address and reset the password.

* After the email address has been changed, password reissue and group ID confirmation can be performed by the user.

 

When first registered in the group, information necessary for login was sent from information@teachme.jp with one of the following subject lines.

"Welcome to Teachme Biz. Notification of group creation completion" or "[Teachme Biz] Welcome to Teachme Biz! / Welcome to Teachme Biz!"

Check the information in the email and try logging in.
