When export is not permitted
To export a manual as PDF, export permission must be set at the folder level.
Additionally, you can specify the permission scope as follows:
- Do not permit export
- Give permission to editors only
- Give permission to editors and viewers
- Give permission to outside parties as well ※This can only be set for public folders.
Export permission settings can only be configured by folder administrators, sub-administrators, group administrators, or group sub-administrators.
Please refer to the related manual and check if the appropriate permission is set for PDF export.

When using a mobile app or mobile browser
PDF export is only available in the Web browser version.
If you are using a mobile app or mobile browser, please use the Web browser version instead.
When viewing a manual through a training course
The PDF export button is not displayed for manuals being viewed through a training course.
Please search for the manual from the manual list screen and check if the export button is displayed.
