Introduction
In Teachme Biz, there are Internal folders and Folders released outside, each with a different manual release method.

If a login screen is displayed, the Manual is likely released in an Internal folder, and you are probably accessing it without being logged into Teachme Biz.
Log in to view a Manual
In Teachme Biz, except for Manuals that are released outside, you must be invited as a user to a Group and log in to view Manuals.
If you have already been invited, please check whether you can view the Manual by logging in.

If you have not been invited, please ask your company's Teachme Biz Administrator to invite you.

When a login screen is displayed for a Manual released outside
Manuals in a Folder released outside can be viewed without logging in.
If you are prompted to log in despite accessing a URL shared as a Manual released outside, please check the following with the user who instructed you to view the Manual.
- Whether the Manual URL is correct
- Whether the Manual has been moved to an Internal folder
[For Manual creators and Administrators] Release a Manual outside so it can be viewed without logging in
Please move the Manual to a Folder released outside.
If no Folder released outside exists, please create a new one and then move the Manual.
An existing Internal folder cannot be changed to a Folder released outside.
