When login screen appears for outside release manuals
Manuals in public-shared folders can be viewed without logging in.
If login is required despite the URL being shared as an outside release manual, please check the following with the user who instructed you to view the manual.
- Whether the manual URL is correct
- Whether the manual has been moved to a group-shared folder
[For manual creators and administrators]Make manual available for outside release without login
Move the manual to a public-shared folder.
If there is no public-shared folder, create a new one and then move the manual.
