Android

Prerequisites

Even with the same OS, Android devices may have different internal specifications depending on the manufacturer and model, which may affect the use of the Teachme Biz app.

Is the device compatible with the Google Play Store?

If it is not compatible, the Teachme Biz app cannot be installed.

Does performing video preparation, recording, registration, editing, playback, and other tasks using the same procedures as actual use result in any errors or malfunctions?

If the device has its own proprietary specifications for video processing, errors or malfunctions may occur.
If the cause is the device's proprietary specifications, it cannot be prevented on the Teachme Biz app side.

If you plan to use video features, please rent or purchase one of the relevant Android devices in advance and be sure to conduct prior verification to confirm there are no issues with its use.
