- If multiple browser windows or tabs are open, please close them and try again.
- Please try using a faster and more stable network connection to see if this resolves the issue.
- Please check whether updating your browser to the latest version resolves the issue.
- If an error occurs during video capture, please restart your browser, clear the cache, and try again before capturing.
If the issue still persists (PC: especially when using advanced features such as video editing or AI)
Your device's CPU, GPU, or other specifications may be affecting performance.
Please check whether your device meets the following example requirements.

- CPU: Intel Core i5 / AMD Ryzen 5 equivalent released in 2019 or later, or Apple M1 or later
- GPU: VP9 hardware acceleration supported (e.g., Intel Iris Xe, Apple M1 or later)
- Free hard disk space (for video capture): approximately 200–300 MB per minute of recording
→ Please check whether freeing up disk space allows video capture to work.
