Is there a feature to check whether a Manual has been read to the end?

2022-07-22 01:25:00 UTC 2026-11-06 10:59:51 UTC

No such feature is available.
However, by using the Training feature or Task feature, you can obtain useful reference information about whether a Manual has been read to the end.

Alternative

By using the Training feature or Task feature, Viewers of a Manual can press a button to indicate that they have read the specified Manual.
In order to press this button, the Viewer must read the Manual all the way to the end.

Therefore, by making use of the Training feature or Task feature, you can obtain useful reference information about whether the target Manual has been read to the end.

However, this is not a feature that detects whether a Manual has been read to the end based on some form of data and prevents the button from being pressed unless it determines the Manual has been read to the end.
For more accurate tracking of Manual completion, we recommend additionally asking Viewers to press the button only after reading the Manual to the end.

In addition, when using the Training feature, you can export to a CSV file the status of Viewers who have pressed the button (course completion status).
However, as this is a beta feature, your agreement to the "Beta Terms of Use" is required to use it.

"Views" does not represent the number of Views for Manuals that have been read to the end

The "Views" figure available through each Report feature or the Group management "Usage status" represents the number of accesses to the target Manual.
Therefore, it is not a suitable indicator of whether a Manual has been read to the end.
