The Training feature allows you to create and distribute "courses" that combine multiple manuals, and manage enrollment status in one place.
You can also use "Comprehension Tests" to check whether learners have retained what they have learned.

Terminology in the Training Feature
Basic Components
- Course: A learning unit that groups multiple manuals together
- My Courses: The place where courses distributed to a learner are displayed
- Comprehension Test: A feature that can be added to a course to measure learning effectiveness
Permissions and Roles
- Training Administrator: Can create and distribute courses and check progress
- Trainer: Limited permissions to manage only their own team
- Trainee: A person who takes courses

Status Types
- Completed: The state in which learning has been finished
- In Progress: The state in which learning is underway
- Not Started: The state in which learning has not yet begun
- Certified: The state in which a trainer has approved skill acquisition after completion
Deadline Display
- Completion Deadline: The deadline for completing the course
- Deadline Approaching: Displayed starting 4 days before the completion deadline
- Deadline Passed: Displayed after the completion deadline has passed

- Starter, Trial environment: 3 courses* - Manuals per course: 100

Number of trainees per course
- Teachme Biz Basic Plan, Basic, Enterprise: 30,000
- Starter, Trial environment: 5* - Number of trainees that can be distributed to at once: 5,000
* A maximum of 3 courses can be created, and up to 5 trainees can use them at the same time. If you wish to add a 6th or more trainee, you can add other users by removing the desired number of users from the existing trainees.
Comprehension Tests
- Number of tests that can be added to a course: 1
- Number of questions: 20
- Answer choices: 2 to 4
