Archived manuals will no longer appear in the manual list or regular search results, allowing you to keep your manuals organized.

Required permissions
- Manual owners who have joined the folder where the manual is stored as an Editor
- Folder administrators and sub-administrators of the folder where the manual is stored
- Group administrators and sub-administrators who have joined the folder where the manual is stored
How to use
You can archive a manual immediately or schedule it to be archived automatically on a specified date.

Only the manual owner can view archived manuals from the "Archive" tab.
If folder administrators, sub-administrators, or group administrators and sub-administrators who have joined the folder wish to view archived manuals, please use the "All (for administrator)" tab.
