In the "All" and "By folder" screens of the web browser version, you can switch the manuals displayed using the tabs above the manual list.
Regardless of which tab you select, only manuals in folders you are a member of will be displayed.
The manuals displayed for each tab are as follows.
Currently released
Manuals that are currently released are displayed.
Manuals in folders you participate in as a Viewer are also displayed.
Draft
Among the manuals you can edit, manuals that have not been released are displayed.
This includes manuals that have never been released and manuals that have been unreleased.
Manuals that are currently released will not appear under "Draft" even if you edit and save them as a draft — they will continue to appear under "Currently released".
Owned
Manuals for which you are the Owner are displayed, regardless of whether they are currently released or in draft.
Archived manuals are not displayed.
All
Displays a combined view of the manuals shown under "Currently released" and "Draft".
Archived manuals are not displayed.
Archive
Among the manuals for which you are the Owner, archived manuals are displayed.
For archived manuals owned by other users, please check "All (for administrator)".
All (for administrator)
This tab is displayed only for Group administrators, Sub-administrators, and Folder administrators and Sub-administrators.
All manuals in the folders you manage are displayed.
For Group administrators and Sub-administrators, this applies to folders you are a member of.
Draft and archived manuals are also displayed, regardless of the Owner or your own permissions.
This tab is not displayed when you have opened a folder received via inter-group folder sharing under "By folder".
For the mobile app
This tab is not available in the mobile app.
Open a folder and filter by options such as "Currently released only" or "Draft only".
