Shooting and Creating
Shoot on the spot and register
From the "Add" option for cover or Step images, you can directly register photos or videos taken with your mobile device's camera.
This is useful when creating a Manual by filming work on-site.

Create multiple Steps from multiple images at once
By selecting "Select image and add" from "Add new Step", you can create as many Steps at once as the number of images you have selected.

Create multiple Steps from a video at once
By selecting "Extract from video and add" from "Add new Step", you can extract images or video clips from a video of the entire workflow and create Steps all at once.
Whether or not to include audio in the extracted video clips can be set all at once.

Generate a Manual Draft from a video
By selecting "Generate from video with AI" from "Create Manual" under "Create", you can generate a Draft of a Manual from a recorded video.
The generated Manual will appear under "Draft".

Step
Reorder
In the Step list on the editing screen, you can reorder Steps by dragging the "≡" icon to the right of a Step.
Delete
In the Step list on the editing screen, you can delete a Step by tapping the "⊖" icon to the left of it.
Edit while moving between previous and next Steps
By tapping the "<" or ">" buttons at the bottom of the Step editing screen, you can edit the previous or next Step without returning to the list.
This is useful when entering Titles or descriptions in succession.
Copy to another Manual
By selecting "Add to Clipboard" from the menu in the upper right of the editing screen, you can check the cover and Steps you want and add them to the Clipboard all at once.
The added cover and Steps can be pasted into another Manual's editing screen via "Add from Clipboard" in the upper-right menu.
This can also be used to duplicate Steps within the same Manual.

Edit image / Edit video
Add Markings such as arrows to images
You can add Markings such as arrows from "Edit image" on the image.

Cut the beginning/end of a video or remove audio
By selecting "Trim / Remove audio" from "Edit video" on the video, you can cut the beginning or end of the video or remove the audio.
※ Trimming and audio removal cannot be undone.
※ If you edit a video that has subtitles, the subtitle data will be discarded.

Description
Add a link that jumps to a specific Step
You can specify a Step number in the description to insert a link to a specific Step within the same Manual.
This is useful when you want to direct viewers to a specific Step, such as when there are branching procedures.

When correcting highlighted description text
If you modify description text that was highlighted in the web Browser version using the mobile app, the highlighting will be removed.
For description text where you want to keep the highlighting, please make edits in the web Browser version.

Check with Preview before releasing
By selecting "Preview" from the "︙" button at the bottom right of the editing screen, you can see what it looks like from the viewer's perspective.

Discard unpublished changes
After editing a Manual that is Currently released, by selecting "Discard unpublished changes" from the menu in the upper right of the editing screen, you can undo all edits made after the last "Release" or "Update".
Add search keywords
By adding a "Search tag" from the "Tags" section on the editing screen, users can search using keywords that are not included in the Title or description.
This is useful for handling unofficial names not written in the Manual, or for words whose spelling may vary between users when searching.
