Yes.
Each Manual has a fixed URL, and you can share the Manual by providing this URL to others.
The URL is determined when the Manual is created and does not change even if you release it or move the Folder.
Getting the URL
In the web Browser version, open the Manual and click "Copy Title and URL" to copy the Manual's Title and URL together.
In the mobile app, open the Manual and tap the share Icon in the upper right to send the Title and URL to apps such as email or Chat.

Who can open a Manual from a URL
Manuals in an Internal Folder can be opened by users who are logged into Teachme Biz and have joined the Folder where the Manual is saved.
Manuals in a Folder released outside can be opened even by people who are not logged in.
If the Manual cannot be opened, the other person's screen will display a login screen or an error.

Notes when sharing
- The URL of a Manual opened from a task or Training course is a URL that only you can open.
When sharing with other users, please open the Manual without going through a task or Training course to get the URL. - Manuals that have not been released can be shared using the URL of the Preview screen.
Only users who can edit that Manual will be able to open it.
