Basic URL Structure
Manuals created in Teachme Biz are automatically assigned individual URLs.
These URLs cannot be changed manually.
The URLs for manuals consist of the following information:
https://teachme.jp/XXXX/manuals/YYYY
・X: Group number (the number of digits varies depending on the group)
・Y: Individual number identifying the manual
※This does not change based on the publication status of the folder it belongs to.
※This does not change when moving between folders or subfolders.
※It is uniquely assigned across all Teachme Biz groups. You cannot specify a preferred number or use sequential numbering within your group.
※Even if a manual is deleted, the YYYY number will never be reused.
When implementing permission settings for transitions from Teachme Biz to external sites, please review the URL structure described above and consider using wildcards "*" as appropriate for your permission scope.
Exceptional URL Structures
Manual URLs When Accessed from Training Courses
When accessing a manual through a training course assigned to you, the URL has the following structure:
https://teachme.jp/XXXX/assignments/AAAA/manuals/YYYY
・A: Individual number identifying the training course assigned to you
※Even for the same training course, this number differs for each user it is assigned to.
Only you can access and view the manual through this URL.
If you want to share the manual with other users, click "Copy Title and URL" to get the manual's URL.
Manual URLs When Accessed from Tasks
When accessing a manual through a task assigned to you, the URL has the following structure:
https://teachme.jp/XXXX/received_tasks/BBBB/manuals/YYYY
・B: Individual number identifying the task assigned to you
※Even for the same task, this number differs for each user it is assigned to.
Only you can access and view the manual through this URL.
If you want to share the manual with other users, access the manual without going through the task and check the basic URL structure of the manual.
Manual URL in Edit Mode
The URL for the manual editing screen has the following structure:
https://teachme.jp/XXXX/manuals/YYYY/edit
Only users with editor permissions for the manual can access and edit through this URL.
Manual URL in Preview Mode
When previewing from the manual editing screen, the URL has the following structure:
https://teachme.jp/XXXX/manuals/YYYY/preview
Only users with editor permissions for the manual can access and view the manual (preview screen) through this URL.
Manual URL for Approval Screen
In the approval workflow, the URL for approving a manual that has been submitted for approval has the following structure:
https://teachme.jp/XXXX/manuals/YYYY/approval_workflow_preview
Only users who can approve the manual* can access this URL.
*Users who can approve manuals are as follows:
- Approvers
- Folder administrators and sub-administrators of the folder where the approval workflow is set
- Group administrators and sub-administrators participating in the folder where the approval workflow is set
