Web Browser Version
Studio has received a major update
The "Studio" feature has become even more convenient. Here is an overview of this update.
- Image files (jpeg / png) can now be uploaded to sources
- Images within Excel files are now automatically extracted and registered to sources
- Images and videos from your PC can now be manually added, replaced, or deleted directly in the Steps of a manual being edited in Studio
- Delete Source is now available
- Videos and images in sources can now be checked in Preview
- The source registration limit has been expanded to 10 Documents / 200 combined images and videos

Speech Synthesis for manuals is now available on the slideshow screen
When you open a manual in slideshow mode and click the "Start Narration" button, the content will be read aloud by an AI voice in the following order: cover page, Step Title, description, custom fields, and video subtitles.
You can now follow the manual's content by audio without having to keep looking at the screen while working.
This feature is available on both the Web Browser version and the mobile browser version.

Easy AI Search is now available for externally published manuals
The "Easy AI Search" feature, previously available only for internal manuals, can now also be used with externally published manuals.

Notification emails are now sent when requests, approvals, or rejections occur in Access Approval Management
In the Access Approval Management feature, notification emails are now sent to users with the relevant Specific Code whenever a request, approval, or rejection takes place.
Notification emails can be received by turning the notification receipt setting ON.

The draft generation from video feature has been updated
- AI manual creation from video can now be run on up to 5 items simultaneously
- When a draft is generated from a video in the mobile app, subtitles are now also generated.
Please note that generated subtitles cannot be edited in the mobile app. Please use the Web Browser version for editing.

Say goodbye to year-end adjustment headaches! Introducing the Task Distribution feature!
Year-end adjustment season is coming around again... Many people in charge dread this time of year.
For all of you, we'd like to take this opportunity to reintroduce the Task Distribution feature in Teachme Biz.
With this feature, you can set a manual created in Teachme Biz along with a deadline, and distribute tasks (work instructions) to users. Users with task distribution or administrator permissions can track the open status, manual viewing status, and task completion status in real time.
Task recipients can follow the instructions while referencing the manual from within the task, and submit a completion report in the system. Additionally, automatic reminder notifications are sent as the deadline approaches, so even tasks that tend to get put off won't be forgotten.
This feature can help streamline the follow-up work related to progress management and reduce the burden of internal inquiries.
