We are pleased to announce that the "Studio" feature, which allows you to load multiple files at once and easily create manuals in a chat format, has been further improved.

Feature Details

Image files can now be uploaded as sources

In addition to the previously supported "video, Excel, and text files," you can now also upload "image files" with the extension "jpeg" or "png."

Images within Excel can now be automatically extracted and registered as sources

Images within Excel are now extracted and automatically registered as sources.
This makes migrating from Excel procedure documents even easier.

Note: If a video with a play button is embedded in Excel, only the thumbnail image will be extracted as an image.

Images and videos can now be directly registered, replaced, or deleted from steps in a manual being created

You can now directly register, replace, or delete images and videos in the steps of a manual being created in Studio.
Images and videos registered directly to a step will automatically be registered as sources.

Note: Registration via drag and drop is not supported.

Source previews are now available

You can now preview the contents of registered sources.

Sources can now be deleted

Registered sources can now be deleted from the screen.

When deleted, the relevant source will disappear from the screen and will no longer be used as a source for future manual creation.
Information extracted from the relevant source that has already been used in manual creation will not be removed from the manual at the time of source deletion.

When deleting an Excel file from sources, you can choose whether to delete only the Excel file from sources, or to also delete the images extracted from the Excel file at the same time.

When deleting, you can select multiple sources at once by holding the Ctrl key or Shift key while clicking.
