Web Browser Version
We have released a major update to Studio
The "Studio" feature has become even more convenient. Here is an overview of this update.
- Image files (jpeg / png) can now be uploaded to a source
- Images within Excel files are now automatically extracted and registered to the source
- Images and videos from your PC can now be directly and manually registered, replaced, or deleted in the Steps of a manual being edited in Studio
- Delete Source is now available
- Videos and images within a source can now be checked in Preview
- The source registration limit has been expanded to 10 Documents and 200 combined images/videos

Speech Synthesis is now available for manuals on the slideshow screen
When you open a manual in slideshow mode and click the "Start Narration" button, the content will now be read aloud by an AI voice in the following order: cover page → Step Title → description → custom fields → video subtitles.
You can now follow the manual's content by audio without having to keep looking at the screen while working.
This feature is available on the Web Browser version and the mobile browser version.

Notification emails are now sent when requests, approvals, or rejections are made in Access Approval Management
In the Access Approval Management feature, notification emails are now sent to users with the relevant Specific Code when a request, approval, or rejection is made.
Notification emails can be received by turning the notification receipt setting ON.

We have updated the draft generation from video feature
- AI manual creation from videos can now be performed on up to 5 items simultaneously
- When a draft is generated from a video in the mobile app, subtitles are now also generated.
Please note that generated subtitles cannot be edited in the mobile app. Please use the Web Browser version for editing.

Say goodbye to year-end adjustment headaches! Introducing the Task Delivery feature!
Year-end adjustment season is just around the corner... Many of you in charge may find yourselves dreading this time of year.
For all of you, we would like to re-introduce the Task Delivery feature of Teachme Biz.
With this feature, you can set a manual created in Teachme Biz along with a due date, and deliver tasks (work instructions) to users. Users with task delivery or administrator permissions can monitor the open status, manual viewing status, and task completion status in real time.
Task recipients can refer to the manual from the task, carry out the instructions, and submit a completion report within the system. In addition, automatic reminder notifications are sent as the due date approaches, so even tasks that tend to be put off won't be forgotten.
This can be expected to improve the efficiency of follow-up work related to progress tracking and reduce the burden of internal inquiries.
