What is the difference from the existing "Create Manual from PDF" feature?
The existing "Create Manual from PDF" imports one page of a PDF as a single Step image.

This feature uses AI to automatically generate Titles and descriptions based on the content of the original PDF.
As a result, depending on the content, one page of the PDF may be split into multiple Steps when creating the Manual.
What types of PDF files are supported?
Any PDF file that contains text information is supported.
However, accurate conversion may be difficult for PDFs that consist of images only or have complex layouts.
Can it be used with non-PDF files such as Excel or Word?
No, it cannot.
Please convert Excel, Word, or other files to PDF before using this feature.
Can the generated Titles and descriptions be edited?
Yes, the generated Titles and descriptions can be edited in the same way as a regular Teachme Biz Manual.
You can freely add, delete, and reorder Steps, edit descriptions and Titles, and add related Manuals or external URLs.
Can the cover image and Step images be edited?
Yes, the generated cover image and Step images can be edited or replaced in the same way as regular Manual editing.
Step images are generated with a highlighted portion of the PDF that was referenced during Step generation.
Since the highlight uses the spotlight feature in Edit image, it can be re-edited.
Image Trim and adding Marking shapes are also available.

What kind of Manual is generated from a PDF that contains multiple languages?
At this time, we do not guarantee a specific Output Format for Manuals generated from PDFs containing multiple languages.
The generation result may vary depending on the language composition of the PDF (type, number, order, character count, etc.) and its content.
If you want to specify the output language from among the languages used in the PDF, please enter specific instructions in the "Do you have any preferences for content or wording? (optional)" field during Manual-generation.
After generation, please verify that the Manual's Title and descriptions have been output as intended.
We plan to make gradual improvements to this feature going forward, based on customer needs.
Can I instruct a translation when generating a Manual?
While it is technically possible to give translation instructions via a prompt, this feature is not intended for translation purposes.
Therefore, we cannot guarantee translation accuracy or the scope to which translation is applied.
Teachme Biz offers a paid Option called "Auto-Translation Plus" that allows you to switch the language of a Manual using automatic translation.
