Purpose of Feature Addition

We developed this feature to reduce operational burdens related to login—for example, preventing work stoppage due to forgotten passwords and making account switching smoother when devices are shared by multiple users.
With QR Code Login, users can sign in without entering account information and access manuals immediately when needed.

Required Security Settings for QR Code Login

Since QR codes make it easy to log in, this feature is designed to be used together with Access Approval Management and Group IP Restrictions to ensure secure access control.

Please combine these settings as appropriate for your operations.

If you want to allow QR Code Login only from specific IP addresses

By using Group IP Restrictions, you can ensure that QR Code Login is only possible from designated locations (networks), such as your office or stores.

* IP address restrictions apply not only to the mobile app but also to the web browser and mobile browser. For details, see the page below.

When accessing from a non-allowed IP address

  • QR Code Login is possible only from mobile apps approved in Access Approval Management.
