To prevent tasks from being overlooked, recipients are notified via email and through "Information on Updates" in the mobile app.
Notifications will stop once the task is completed or the distributor archives the task.
Email Notifications
Emails are automatically sent daily at 9:10 AM, starting from the day before the Deadline until one month after the Deadline.
Note that if no E-Mail Address is registered to the recipient's account at the time the task is distributed, adding an E-Mail Address after distribution will enable notification emails to be sent.
