Possible Causes and Responses
Video codec is "H.265 (HEVC)" or "HDR
H.265 (HEVC)" and "HDR" videos cannot be registered.
Please convert videos to another format or prepare videos in the appropriate format.
Audio-only video
Audio-only files that do not contain any images (pictures, videos, animations) cannot be registered.
Please add video or prepare a video with images.

Examples of how you can change the format of recorded video
Convert with the standard Windows "Photos" app
Open the video file in the "Photos" app and export it in "mp4" format.
*As of December 2021, we have confirmed that conversion with the "Photos" app is possible.
Convert with the standard Mac "iMovie" app
Open the video in the iMovie app and export it in "Video and Audio" format.
*As of December 2021, we have confirmed that conversion with the "iMovie" app is possible.

Examples of how you can change the camera capture format
In case of using iPhone
Settings → Camera → Record Video → Turn off HDR
Settings → Camera → Formats → Choose "Most Compatible"
*The setting method may vary depending on the version of the OS you are using.
