When extracting a video from the capture video feature, an error message "This video cannot be registered" may have appeared.

For affected customers

A release has been deployed to resolve this issue, but the error may continue to appear if cache remains.
Please delete old information (cache) temporarily saved in the browser.

[How to operate] Press [Ctrl]+[Shift]+[Delete] keys simultaneously on the keyboard, check the following items, and delete:
・Google Chrome: "Cached images and files"
・Microsoft Edge: "Cached data and files"

After that, check whether the issue has been resolved.
