When will notifications be sent to mobile devices (smartphones, tablets)?

In Teachme Biz, when certain operations are performed, notifications are sent via the mobile device's notification function, or displayed in the "Information on Updates" section within the app.

Notifications Displayed as Banners or Pop-ups

• When a Manual in a Folder you have joined is Released
  (Only when the person performing the Release selects "Notify of Release")
• When you receive a task
• When a Message is sent in response to a task you have distributed
• When a Message is sent in response to a task you have received
• When a task Deadline is approaching or has passed

However, if notifications are turned OFF in your device settings, banners, push notifications, badges, and similar alerts may not be displayed.

Notifications Displayed Only in the In-App "Information on Updates"

In the following cases, no banner or pop-up notifications will be sent, but the notifications will appear in "Information on Updates" within the Teachme Biz app.
※ Notifications remain visible in "Information on Updates" for 1 month on both iOS and Android.

• When the Group administrator is changed
  (Only if you are either the former or new Group administrator, or a Group sub-administrator)
• When a Group sub-administrator is changed
  (Only if you are the new Group sub-administrator, the removed Group sub-administrator, or the Group administrator)
• When a Folder Administrator is changed
  (Only if you are either the former or new Folder Administrator)
• When a Folder Sub-administrator is changed
  (Only if you are the new Folder Sub-administrator, the removed Folder Sub-administrator, or the Folder Administrator)
• When the Owner of a Manual is changed
  (Only if you are the new Owner of the Manual)
• When a Comment is posted on a Manual you own
• When someone else Comments on a Manual that you have previously Commented on
• When a Manual you own receives a Good Job!

If You Are Using iOS or iPadOS

When a banner notification is triggered, the same content is also displayed in "Information on Updates" within the Teachme Biz app, and the total of unread "Information on Updates" items and incomplete tasks is added to the badge number.
