If "An unexpected error has occurred. Please execute again." is Displayed
The following possibilities are considered.
- Large amount of information in the PDF
- Insufficient instructions during generation
Try the following upon uploading.
- Divide the PDF into multiple parts
- Increase the information entered in the "Do you have any requests for content or expressions? (Optional)" field.
Example:
- Generate a manual with one step per process.
- Describe it in the Description if the operation procedure does not fit in the step Title.
- Describe the details in the corresponding step of the operation procedure if there are Cautions.
If the issue persists after several attempts, please refer to "If None of the Above Apply" and contact customer support.
When the manual is generated with an error message not described in the imported PDF
A warning message such as "Enable JavaScript..." may be created instead of the actual content when generating a manual by uploading a PDF.
This occurs because the AI reads a "warning for viewing restrictions" within the PDF.
Try either of the following methods as a solution.
- Re-save the applicable PDF as a new PDF from "Print".
This method allows for removing unnecessary control codes and making the file readable.
1. Open the PDF in a browser.
2. Open the "Print" menu and re-save with the destination set to "Save as PDF".
3. Try manual generation again with the newly saved PDF.
- Request the creator of the PDF or the internal system administrator to lift the restrictions.
[Caution] A Draft in Progress May Be Created When an Error Occurs
When errors other than "The use of AI features is not permitted." occur, an incomplete draft in progress may be created.
Please delete the draft if not needed.
If none of the above applies
