Portal Pages allow you to consolidate information related to your work into a single page.
You can add Manuals across Folders and organize information by dividing content, including Outside Links, into up to 100 Sections.

Maximum Limits per Page
A page is composed of a "Page Overview," "Sections," and "Content."
Page
The limit varies depending on your Contract plan.

Section
There is no limit.
However, due to the following constraints, 100 Sections is effectively the maximum, based on the premise of 1 content item per Section.
- Maximum number of content items per page: 100
- Sections without content cannot be created
Content
You can register up to 100 items per page, combining Manuals and Outside Links.

User Permissions
- Any logged-in user, regardless of permission level
Viewable Pages
All pages can be viewed.
However, Manuals inside Folders you have not joined cannot be viewed from a page.

Q. Can I duplicate a Portal Page?
A. No.
Q. Can I make a Portal Page available to external users?
A. No.
Q. Can I restrict who can view a Portal Page?
A. No. It is not possible to restrict page viewing to specific users only.
Note that users cannot access Manuals in Folders for which they do not have viewing permissions.
Q. Can I change the display order of the Portal Page list?
A. Pages are displayed in order of their page Title. You can control the display order by using symbols or alphanumeric characters in the page Title. (Details)
Q. Can I check the access count for a Portal Page?
A. No.
Q. I added a Release Outside Manual to a page, but some users see "Cannot View Manual" and cannot view it. Why?
A. When a Release Outside Manual is added via "Manual," users who have not joined the corresponding Folder will not be able to view it.
You can resolve this by adding the URL of the relevant Manual to "Outside Link."
Q. Can I add the same Manual to multiple pages or to the same page more than once?
A. Yes.
