Portal pages allow you to consolidate work-related information onto a single page.
You can add manuals from across folders and organize information by dividing content, including external links, into up to 100 sections.

Limits Within a Page
A page consists of a "Page Overview," "Sections," and "Content."

Sections
There is no limit.
However, due to the constraints below, 100 sections is effectively the maximum, based on the premise of 1 content item per section.
- Maximum of 100 content items per page
- Sections without content cannot be created
Content
You can register a combined maximum of 100 manuals and external links per page.

- Any logged-in user, regardless of permission level
Viewable Pages
All pages can be viewed.
However, manuals in folders you have not joined cannot be viewed from a page.
