Portal Pages allow you to consolidate information related to your work into a single page.
You can add manuals across folders and organize information by dividing content—including external links—into up to 100 sections.

Item Limits Within a Page
A page consists of a "Page Overview," "Sections," and "Content."

Sections
There is no limit.
However, due to the constraints below, 100 sections is effectively the maximum, based on the premise of 1 content item per section.
- Maximum of 100 content items per page
- Sections without content cannot be created
Content
You can register a combined maximum of 100 manuals and external links per page.

User Permissions
- Any logged-in user, regardless of permission level
Viewable Pages
All pages can be viewed.
However, manuals in folders you have not joined cannot be viewed from a page.

Q. Can I duplicate a Portal Page?
A. No.
Q. Can I share a Portal Page with external users?
A. No.
Q. Can I restrict who can view a Portal Page?
A. No. It is not possible to restrict page viewing to specific users only.
Note that users without view permissions for a folder will not be able to access manuals within that folder.
Q. Can I change the display order of the Portal Page list?
A. Pages are displayed in order of page title. You can control the display order by using symbols or alphanumeric characters in the page title. (Details)
Q. Can I check the number of accesses to a Portal Page?
A. No.
Q. I added an externally published manual to a page, but some users see "Cannot display manual" and are unable to view it. Why?
A. When an externally published manual is added via "Manual," it cannot be displayed to users who have not joined the relevant folder.
You can resolve this by adding the manual's URL under "External Link."
Q. Can I add the same manual to multiple pages or multiple times within the same page?
A. Yes.
