Portal Pages allow you to consolidate business-related information onto a single page.
You can add manuals across folders, and organize information by dividing content—including external links—into up to 100 sections.

Item Limits Within a Page
A page consists of a "Page Overview," "Sections," and "Content."

Sections
There is no limit.
However, due to the following constraints, 100 sections is effectively the maximum, based on the premise of 1 content item per section.
- Maximum of 100 content items per page
- Sections without content cannot be created
Content
Up to 100 items in total—combining manuals and external links—can be registered per page.

User Permissions
- Any logged-in user, regardless of permission level
Viewable Pages
All pages can be viewed.
However, manuals in folders you have not joined cannot be viewed from the page.

A. No, you cannot.
Q. Can I share a Portal Page with external users?
A. No, you cannot.
Q. Can I restrict access to a Portal Page?
A. No, you cannot. It is not possible to restrict page viewing to specific users only.
Note that users without viewing permissions for a folder will not be able to access manuals within that folder.
Q. Can I change the display order of the Portal Page list?
A. Pages are displayed in page title order. You can control the display order by using symbols or alphanumeric characters in page titles. (Details)
Q. Can I check the number of accesses to a Portal Page?
A. No, you cannot.
Q. I added a publicly shared manual to a page, but some users see "Cannot display manual" and are unable to view it. Why?
A. When a publicly shared manual is added via "Manual," users who have not joined the relevant folder will not be able to view it.
You can resolve this by adding the manual's URL under "External Link."
Q. Can I add the same manual to multiple pages or more than once within the same page?
A. Yes, you can.
