Messages can be sent from the task sender to recipients, and from recipients to the task sender.
Send message from sender to recipients
You can check the status from the task progress screen, narrow down the target recipients, and send a message.

You can send a message to multiple users at once.
By selecting all at once, you can select all users displayed on the current page (up to 50 users) together.
If you want to send a message to users across multiple pages, please perform bulk selection and message sending on a page-by-page basis.
When the task sender sends a message to recipients, the recipients will receive an email and a mobile Application notifications.
Additionally, the folder administrator and Sub-administrator of the manual delivered as a task will also receive an email notifying them that a message has been sent to the recipients.
