Check the status on the task progress screen, narrow down the target recipients, and send a message.

Messages can be sent to multiple people at once.
Using bulk selection allows selecting all users on the current page (up to 50 people).
To send messages to users across multiple pages, perform bulk selection and message sending on a page-by-page basis.
When a task sender sends a message to recipients, the recipients receive an email and mobile app notification.
Additionally, the folder administrator and sub-administrator of the manual distributed as a task will receive an email notification that a message has been sent to the recipients.
