Audio and editing sections are misaligned during video playback

We have confirmed that when videos filmed with video cameras (MTS format) are processed using "Windows Movie Maker" or converted to mp4 format files, and then uploaded to Teachme Biz for video editing, issues such as audio and editing sections becoming misaligned during playback may occur.

When using videos filmed with a video camera as content videos for Teachme Biz, we recommend saving them in mp4 format through the video camera settings.

* This does not apply when the following software is used for video processing or conversion to mp4 format files:
