Session Scope
The configured session Expiration Date applies to the entire Group.
It cannot be changed individually by permission, Team, or device.
Session Expiration Date
A session is valid within the following configured Deadline.
- 12 hours
- 3 days
- 7 days
- 30 days
- 90 days
The default setting is 7 days.
Behavior When the Session Expiration Date Has Passed
If no operation is performed within the session Expiration Date, the session will expire.
The behavior of each app is as follows.
Web Browser Version
- You will be logged out.
Mobile App (iOS/Android)
- You will be prompted to log in again.
Notes
- In all apps, if you explicitly perform a Log Out or a forced log out occurs, any data that has not been uploaded (local data on the device) will be discarded.
- After creating or editing a Manual, be sure to perform actions such as "Save draft" or "Release" as needed to save your data to the server.
