Is there a mechanism to prompt periodic Password changes?

Teachme Biz does not support sending notifications to prompt periodic Password changes.

However, the following operations are possible using the currently available features of Teachme Biz.
Please consider the options below.

1) Send a task to prompt periodic changes

　This operation involves creating a Manual such as "Change your Password" and distributing it periodically as a task.
　For details on the task distribution feature, please refer to the applicable manual.

2) Periodically Reset Passwords using Group administrator or Sub-administrator privileges

　A Group administrator or Sub-administrator can forcibly Reset the Passwords of users within the Group Only.
　After the Reset, users will receive a notification for a Password reset (re-configuration).

　　→ On the "User List" screen, by selecting the checkbox to the left of the text "Name",
　　　you can Reset the Passwords of all users in the Group Only at once.

※ In either case, users who have not registered an E-Mail Address in Teachme Biz
　will not receive direct notifications, so the Administrator will need to notify them separately.
