What is the maximum number of videos that can be uploaded, and which videos are counted toward the upload count?

Video Upload Limit

The default limit is 1,000 videos per Group, but the limit varies depending on whether you have subscribed to a paid Option※.

How Videos Are Counted

Videos counted in "Video upload count"

• Videos registered on covers and Steps※1 ※2
• Videos registered in the Clipboard

※1 Archived Manuals are also included
※2 Videos visible in the editing screen (Draft) are counted. Even if a video is displayed in a Currently released Manual, it will not be counted toward the Upload count if it has been Deleted on the editing screen.

Videos not counted in "Video upload count"

• Videos in Backup data
• Videos that have not been Uploaded to the server

Q. Is it possible to view a list of Manuals that have videos registered?

A.You can check this using the Manual list CSV.
　Since the [videos] field indicates the number of videos registered in a Manual, please apply a filter using a CSV editing tool or similar to keep only the rows where the value is 1 or more.
