Video Upload Limit

The default limit is 1,000 videos per group, but the limit varies depending on whether you have subscribed to paid options※.
For the exact limit, please check "Video Upload Count" on the usage status screen.

If you have subscribed to Teachme AI Video Pro, there is no restriction on the number of uploads.

How Videos Are Counted

Videos counted in "Video Upload Count"

• Videos registered in covers and steps※1 ※2
• Videos registered in the clipboard

※1 Archived manuals are also included.
※2 Only videos visible in the editing screen (draft) are counted. Even if a video is displayed in a published manual, it will not be counted toward the upload count if it has been deleted from the editing screen.

Videos not counted in "Video Upload Count"

• Videos in backup data
• Videos that have not been uploaded to the server

Q. Can I view a list of manuals that have videos registered?

A.You can check this using the manual list CSV.
　The field [videos] indicates the number of videos registered in each manual, so please apply a filter using a CSV editing tool or similar to keep only rows where the value is 1 or greater.

A: The difference may occur because the counting methods for videos differ. See the table below for details.
