Video Upload Limit
The default limit is 1,000 videos per group, but the limit varies depending on whether you have subscribed to paid options※.
For the exact limit, please check "Video Upload Count" on the usage status screen.

How Videos Are Counted
Videos counted in "Video Upload Count"
- Videos registered on covers and steps※1 ※2
- Videos registered in the clipboard
※1 Archived manuals are also included.
※2 Only videos visible in the editing screen (draft) are counted. Videos that appear in a published manual but have been deleted from the editing screen are not counted toward the upload count.
Videos NOT counted in "Video Upload Count"
- Videos in backup data
- Videos that have not been uploaded to the server

Q. Can I view a list of manuals that have videos registered?
A. You can check this via the manual list CSV.
The [videos] column indicates the number of videos registered in each manual, so please use a CSV editing tool or similar to filter the rows so that only rows with a value of 1 or more remain.

A: The counting methods differ, which may result in discrepancies. See the table below for details.
